convertLogic
convertLogic is a batch rendering solution that uses core
Matrix functionality to automatically check out, convert, and check files back into the Enovia MatrixOne database within the Business Process Lifecycle. It can render over 300 file types to PDF or TIFF, such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Office documents, etc., and can easily be used to convert legacy data during the bulk loading process or to post-convert thousands of files
using built-in methods.
convertLogic runs as a Service that links directly to MatrixOne
and requires no user interaction. It automatically performs all
of the rendering queuing, checkin, logging and monitoring processes required.
No user interface means no user training, mistakes or interference, saving
organizations time and money in addition to enabling regulatory compliance.
convertLogicAdmin, the companion administrator utility, allows
administrators to set all available parameters for the conversion process for
any number of installed Servers. Additionally, convertLogicAdmin automatically
creates the triggers and
schema necessary to perform conversions at any
stage of an
object's lifecycle.
