Coastal Logic's Batch Printing and PDF/TIFF Rendering Solutions Now Even More Powerful

April 20, 2007 - Coastal Logic, Inc., the leading provider of batch printing and PDF/TIFF rendering integrations for Enovia MatrixOne PLM, today announced the immediate availability of the latest versions of both their print and PDF rendering solutions-printLogic and convertLogic.

printtLogic, Coastal Logic's server-based web integration, allows users to batch print over 450 files directly from their Matrix databases, without using the native application to first open or view them. Printed files can be automatically stamped with metadata based on multiple stamp templates created by the Matrix Admin-
istrator. Using Coastal Logic’s simple point-n-click interface, administrators can control all printing and metadata stamping settings, all of which are layered on
top of Matrix privileges. While printLogic is used for hard-copy printing (such as
shop floor printing), convertLogic creates generically viewable documents in
PDF or TIFF.

convertLogic, Coastal Logic's batch rendering solution, utilizes core Matrix functionality to automatically check out, convert, and check files back into the MatrixOne database within the Business Process Lifecycle. convertLogic can
render over 300 file types to PDF or TIFF, without first viewing or opening, and
runs as a Service that links directly to Matrix. It requires no user interaction,
and provides administrators with complete control over conversion parameters
and metadata stamping.
