printLogic

printLogic is a server-based Enovia MatrixOne web integration, which allows users to batch print documents directly from their Matrix database. Printed files can be automatically stamped with metadata based on multiple stamp templates created and controlled by the administrator. Using our own vueLogic printing technology, printLogic can process over 450 file types, including Office documents and
CAD drawings, without first opening them in a viewer or the native application.
printLogic consists of two components: the web-based user interface and the administrator application, printLogicAdmin. While the user interface allows for a variety of printing
methods, users are restricted from changing administrative determined settings, including the metadata stamps.
printLogicAdmin enables administrators to set all available parameters for the batch print and stamping process for any number of installed servers. It provides administrators with the ability to create and visually layout metadata stamp templates, and batch printing and stamping rules. Virtually any metadata can be extracted from the database and applied to prints, including images, with this flexible point-n-click interface.
printLogic dramatically reduces the time necessary to print documents and helps companies attain regulatory compliance by providing strict control over printing and metadata stamping.
